Negative Reprices Coming into Play

Its that time of morning again.   The Fannie Mae 3.5 coupon just touched the lows of the day at 102-21.   This will start to place lenders that issued rate sheets early to consider a reprice for the worse.  The trend of the morning is not our friend.  Lenders that haven't released rate sheets yet might delay.
