- NORTH KOREAN FOREIGN MINISTER SAYS TRUMP'S COMMENTS OVER THE WEEKEND WERE CLEARLY A DECLARATION OF WAR

This newswire looks to be behind a fairly abrupt "risk-off" trade just now.  Stocks, bond yields, and $/Yen all fell quickly after the wire came out.  

10yr yields are now down 2.5bps on the day to 2.229%.  Fannie 3.5 MBS are up nearly an eighth of a point at 103-11 (103.344).
